It's actually from level 60 content. However, actually getting the items to manage this is the hardest part. Both Bindings of the Windseeker are really low drop rate from certain bosses in Molten Core, and Elementium Ore only drops from certain mobs in Blackwing Lair. Essence of the Firelord drops from Ragnaros.
