  • hey, dont mind if i posted a response of this video with a more clear image?, i removed most of it to get the image looking better, and still readbel text,

  • for a kids song its prety Dirty,..

  • This reminds me of the New Oder katholick church

  • Gotta be a Wurlitzer 165, and the music from the Klavier record "Catch the Brass Ring" is my guess Is Rapid T. Rabbit doing the puppet? Sounds like him. Super vid. Keep hoppin' happy!.

  • Valiant also sang to this song in the warehouse scene.

    "I'm through with taking falls,

    I'm bouncing off the walls.

And I wanna kick you in the... NOSE!"

That's generally how the ending of his version went, with Roger interjecting with the last word.

  • Anybody else think the frog is creepy?

  • Admittedly the song itself it a bit eerie

  • Especially considering what the song is REALLY about.

  • My last posting I said it was a Wurlitzer model 153, I should have said model 165 sorry.

  • It should be Asbury Park's theme song.

  • Yes it is from Bugs Bunny, but the music is played on a Wurlitzer band organ. It sounds like a model 153. It plays off of music rolls like on a player piano. Google band organ to see what I am talking about in the pic area

  • ahh I cant get it out of my head

  • I remember this in Who Framed Roger Rabbit..

  • It reminds me of that movie too. Although, Eddie Valiant was singing his own lyrics as limericks to the music.

  • No, I'm talking about in the bar when Judge Doom shows up and reads the record..

  • When exactly does that happen?

  • Eddie and Roger are staying in the secret room but Roger gets out and plays this song with all the drunks..Then Judge Doom comes in and picks up the record and says "Merry Go Round Broke Down."

  • I forgot to mention that Roger was singing different lyrics for it..

  • Don't forget that he calls it a loony tune for a bunch of reprobates.

  • i like daffy's a little better, but good vid. (daffy's is to the right)

  • I've become addicted to this song! Now I know the familiar tune (fro Merrie Melodies) has a name - and words! (I actually absorbed the lyrics the first time I heard the song. It's just so darn great!)

  • Actually, this is the title song for the Looney Tunes series. Merrie Melodies' theme song is "Merrily We Roll Along" by Eddie Cantor, Murray Mencher, and Charlie Tobias.

  • Thanks for the great video!

  • this is so funny

  • ???WTF???

  • I've always wondered if that song had any words...and here they are
