You're wrong the mustafar scene is called "Battle of the Heroes" obi-wan is the hero when he's fighting Anakin. (Anakin can't be hero if he's on the darkside.) Notice the song is called Battle of the heroes (heroes is plural) the second hero is Yoda becausse he is fighting Emperor Palpatine.
Well, as you pointed out, it says "heroes"--plural, so Dooku, Palpatine, Grievous, etc can all be dark side heroes and Anakin/Vader's amazing saber skills definitely put him into the "hero" category.
