Awesome demo of Shaolin Kung Fu self defense. I particularly like the way the techniques are shown in slow motion making it easy to flow.

I started a kung fu class 20 years ago. I had to stop when my work hours changed 3 months later. A year later things changed again. I wish I had found a way to stick in there now.

Another excellent addition to the series, there are multiple techniques that can be used in everyday street situations.

Also the editing is phenomenal, particularly the music and the text! :)
