titanic was built this way, the forward half of b deck was covered during outfitting, and was one of the last additions to the construction phase before completion

@1999UTD No it is olympic... 0:48 you can see 2 portholes with almost no space inbetween then 1 porthole and then 2 portholes with almost no space inbetween again. Titanic didn't have those.

titanic did have these arrangements after launch. the porthole arrangement was changed during outfitting when she had a propeller replaced. trust me man i know my stuff. titanic had b deck open during launch. this is the only footage in existance

Titanic sister ship had an open B-deck. Titanic had also an open B-deck but it got changed in late February 1912. This footage was recorded before Titanic had the last minute change, and if someone think it's the Olympic.. 0:43 says TITANIC.

I belive they took Titanics whistle out of the water and played it a the port in Southampton where Titanic left for its mayden voyage. Was the whistle in the end from that recording of when they blow the whistle again? Don't know if its called whistle when it comes to boats in english. In my launguage we have another expersion for it.

@BoneHomer I think its actually spelt Olympic & yes Titanic had a twin sister ship of that name. Olympic was slightly smaller than titanic & used as a troop ship during the 1st world war. I'm not sure exactly when she was taken out of commission but she made her last atlantic crossing in 1935. This is the only actual moving footage of titanic, the other footages that are supposed to be of titanic are actually of the olympic. A documentary confirmed this

Youd need 20/20 vision to seeit
