saw many great bands there , best venue ever, the prisoners, the milkshakes , the vibes played some excellent gigs there but the stingrays used to blow the roof with that bloody racket they used to blast out.

Quality stuff here. I remember seeing the Frantic Flinstones with Darren Curtis (aka Colonel Damage) in Didcot and the Klub Foot, as well as all the other Psycho bands back in the day. Still sounds class 20 years later.

GR8 days ,saw loads of bands there,the Deltas,The Frantix,Was it more Rockabilly on different nights.I was only 15 or16 at the time my mates were older.Remember LPs called Blood on the Kats.Had all the early psychobilly bands on.good old days .

This brings me back, I remember being at the recording of the first Klubfoot album which I think was 84/5??? I get sad every time I drive past Hammersmith tube and remember those Klubfoot days. I remember The Stingrays doing the best gig I ever saw there. Thanks for posting this. I am now bald, I think it was all the hairspray I used for my quiff.
