There's some really good deals right now at publix. Does your publix accept competitor coupons, if so which ones? The whole concept of saving so much money facinates the hell out of me! I do watch the show and the only thing that takes all the fun out of it all is this-I live in FL! I can't stand it here, but finances won't let me leave (I want to go back to NY). So that leaves me asking any and all out there-can you really extreme coupon in FL? More specifically in Hernando county/the Bay area?

@MimiAngel82 Omg do you know what I would do right now to shop at a Publix in FL? I have Kroger & double couponing and I would do anything to have my FL Publix here!! You really can be an extreme couponer in FL! Follow the ads closely & combine store coupons and mfg coupons to maximize savings! If you have specific questions, just LMK!

@PinksBlogs Really? I mean when there's free stuff, yes. When there's a BOGO at Publix and you have a coupon, yes...but other than that? I don't know if its my (Tampa Bay), but as far as coupons and sale items, they just don't match up to that great a sale in the 1st place. I'm a little more into it now, so I'll be keeping a closer eye on things, but like I said...maybe its my area. BTW, we also have Wal-mart, Winn Dixie, and Sweetbay. I'll be taking your advice & be much more attentive! Thanks!

The trick to Publix is those two little green and yellow flyers filled with sales, monthly "advantage" prices, and PUBLIX STORE COUPONS. Combine those store coupons with a MFG coupon (On one item) and you can get things free/almost free WITHOUT doubles coupons! Those two flyers are your best friend!

@sdunbar39 Nope. I lived in FL at the time and no double coupons. I'll be honest, I live near a Kroger that doubles, but Kroger doesn't even compare to Publix. Publix has amazing BOGO sales and "stacks" coupons. Kroger doesn't even compare!
