@JapMKW Most people don't watch in 720p. I have to choose to align the black borders (so this is "widescreen" btw =)) for optimal quality for either 480p or 720p, so I rather choose 480p. There is a certain size however that I need to check out sometime - it's slightly smaller, so less quality, but it may be macroblock-compatible with both 480p and 720p.

13.33 is the lowest. As N64zz said, you can go lower with a different strategy though.
