Yes you're absolutely right and it bugs the heck out of me. I need to recut it. Good catch. I've already redone this piece and removed the fergie sample..it sucks to begin with.

@bdogg101 thanks! that beat is mims - move. it's a great sample...i use it a lot cause it works so well in many situations.
