Ion Dissonance are incredible at this, and their lyrics are put in such a way that are incredibly demoralizing at the same time being a devastating noise collage. Merzbow for noise alone, and Agoraphobic Nosebleed I guess if you wanted a "grind" band. Well put together pieces are far more brutal than this, which is basically dissonant sound of blast beats and pitch shifters. W/e.
