hi, i don't recall the maker's name, but it was a fantastic violin by an American violinmaker who really knew how to make a brilliant violin with a strong and clear voice...it was beautiful to look at too :D

where you playing this in an echoe-y room? what can possibly be done to the instrument during manufacturing to make it produce so much echoe!
