Stop it and take a still image. You can draw a line from the BOF upward. If it goes through the hips, then foot body alignment is likely correct. Of course, there are other things that have to be right. She probably wasn't too far off from Pose to begin with, as are most good runners.

See her high thigh position, she uses her hip flexors in both runs.
Pulling too high in Pose running, her pulling was sufficient in Pre-pose runn.
The hip flexors is the key issues.

It's true. This is mostly because we had been working on some POSE drills before I shot this video, so she was aware of her heel strike.
