wow one word: tabs. you play it too fast and the cameras pretty bad quality doesnt differentiate strings very well. im gonna go look up some tabs, but good video.

Yeah one of my others buds suggested i do 2 speeds, so i'll get it done! I used to struggle with my picking 'till i realised that it was just the way i was holding the damn thing! The straighter you 1st finger the more movement is generated by the wrist. Curl that sucker right in and see how much more control you get. You'll find that you can hit the strings harder, faster and more confidently! Might feel strange at first, but in the end you feel way more in control. Perfect for arpeggios! \m/_

oh by the way i think that once you whach a vid your veiw only counts as one no matter how many times you whatch it,lol,im sure of that,other wise your other vid would be in the millions,coz loads of people watch it over and over,playing that slow is hard man,its almost unrecogniseable but its all there man,i think you should do a right hand vid too coz thats where i fuck up,peace.

Thanks for the ideas dude! Exactly what i was needing from ya bro'! I'll try using the anotations to tab it, and i'll try get something worked out for the picking hand. I did intend to do it, but i dont really know what the right way to do it is. I mostly use economy picking but i dont think its all that popular, so i aint sure what to do there!?! :S

mate i honestly dont know,you can see what you are doing and how,and you have broken it down,i tried it for 2 mins today and did the sweep,there is nothing wrong mate,only thing i can think of is can you add graphical tab to it?

other wise man 100%,and your full speed one is a demon!maybe its too hard for some,lets face it it is hard man!take it easy man!

Hey dude, good to hear from ya! All this part of the solo aint so hard to get up to speed, but the second half is a real bitch if you play it right. Loads of switchin' between 4's and 5's and havin' to accent the 2nd note of each group instead of the 1st. Gets really confusing when you play it slow. Any idea why people aren't rating this well? I need your honesty dude so i teach stuff better!

i checked live versions of marty playing this just to see what you were getting at. Each live performance he gives is a little different, but the notes are in the same positions and they are the same note positions i've used in this lesson. Which notes in particular gave you the impression of being misplaced? The majority of slides in this piece have no target note for entry, only destination. The technique used to create the effect is speed, i cant do that slow without adding false notes! \m/_
