THIS is the reason people don't vote. This is the reason people hate the government. They work for the money, not the people. How much longer can this be gotten away with? Not much. We're already throwing people out in droves. This is not necessarily a good thing, but it will keep going on. We will get more and more kooks every time. They are not voting for teabaggers because they believe in what they are saying. They vote for teabaggers because they think they are not corporately owned.
If you really do fight the power, you WILL get enough support to do it. Fight for it and you will get real progressives in power. You CAN run a successful grassroots presidential campaign. My update on not watching anything on FOX NEWS. I feel great. I feel more relaxed. I feel more positive. I feel awsome. I recommend not watchng Fox News and feel the difference in your life. But if you have to watch Fox News, do so but really limit the amount you watch and balance it out with other news networks of equal amount.

We (progressives) may have a large army, but the fact of the matter is neither us or conservatives can win without the moderates and independents in the middle.
Most of them ran to the gop this time because they felt Obama didn't do enough to get them jobs. Most of those people aren't overly concerned with liberal or conservative agendas. They just want jobs.

Great discussion! I agree with everyone on there about pretty much everything. But when Cenk started talking about "going to war", it made me a little uneasy. I know what he meant, we all know what he meant, but there's some nut job out there that's listening to that and is going to take it too far. He criticizes right wingers for using violence-laden rhetoric, he should remember what kinds of things can happen when unstable people start hearing things like that.

Your right Dylan, the GOP is going to do something about the redistricting problem...they are going ot jerrymander themselves some districts this year since it has been 10 years and the Census ihas been taken :) We teapartiers can redraw the districts so the dems can never win again...and we will! After seeing how some of the liberal districts look now (so they can hold power), I am not against the GOP doing the same!

Actually this panel would maybe even kick the ass of Fox news. The are both highly opinionated and entertaining, but there is a difference: Cenk and co. are FAIR. They don't make up stuff to make somebody look bad, they simply tell us their opinion about the reality as opposed to misrepresenting reality to suit their opinion. That makes the different even from Olbermann, whose passion does take him too far sometimes.
