Horrible tail lights. The one thing that makes the back of the Z are the cool long and wide rear lights. Anything else just looks ill-fitting and out of proportion. Car sounds nice though. :)

THE only taillight conversion that should be done on the z32 is the jspec one. Other ones just destroy the Z

You can get those ferrari tailights on line. They look good on the 300ZX if done right. I've seen one on a wide body 300ZX and it looks amazing. I don't know if you guys know this but the 300ZX(Z32) headlight design was purchase and used by Lamborghini. The 300ZX was also design by an Italian that was hired by NISSAN.

The Lamborghini Diablo 6.0 is the car that uses 300zx headlights. Only difference between the two is the Diablo's have a strip of carbon fibre along the top - not just for looks, but also to hide the "Nissan" stamped on the top of the headlight.
