lol...They make it seem like Cambodians are causing all the problems in Lynn. Now they just need to do a documentary on the Puerto Ricans and Blacks lol..then we good. haha
Them Cambodian niggas cool people though. I fuck wit em...Sin City kiiiiid!....
I'm from Lynn :o The park they play basketball at is by my house ! There's not even that many gang fights anymore....? But then again, what would i know...im part of the small amount of white people left xD Still, i dont think there has ever been a day when i dont hear ambulance or police sirens..its a pretty dangerous place /:
Clearly there have been many issues leading to the violence that you have seen. Poverty is a factor, education is a factor, teen pregancy is a factor, even media is a factor and so the history of those settling there is also a factor. All problems have many root causes. The more these issues are understood and addressed the better things will become. And it is worth it beacuse you do not want things to get worse! This is only a small step and one story in trying to help this understanding,
ripple effect.. tsk should be called the crutch effect, cambodian people use our past tragedy as an excuse. I understand what we endured but most of these so called gangsters have never experienced the things my parents, siblings, and other cambodian people has. Its a shame and a mockery to run around using this crutch as an excuse and a way to say there's zero opportunities.
what do you mean ? most of the original cambodian gangsters are from the killing fields, they've experienced the killings, torture, etc that happened back in Cambodia during the 70's...so for you to say that is wrong, now with the younger generation who never saw Cambodia like that I can def. understand what you are saying, but next time just be more clear...
It is important to understand that there are factors that lead to consequences. No-one ever has an excuse to be violent but when they do you can often find reasons that lead the behavior. Some of the kids I met have little to no parental guidance because their parents were affected by this tragedy or just coul dnot support their kids when they needed help. It is not the only reason but it is one factor. that people should understand.
You are correct I do not mean that, but I do belive that past history often affects current relatity even if people no longer see it... this just part of the story.
