There is only one Surah in the quran where the basmallah is not recited and that is surah Towbah I ask maaf if i did not spell it correctly but as the brother stated we should always recite the basmallah at start of all surahs except for the one stated above as for the reciter being the best that would be a matter of personal preference. The Quran should be read in a melodious tone and with proper tajweed if done that way then all recitals of the Holy Quran are the best.

Doesnt anyone recite BISMILLAH anymore before starting to recite to book of ALLAH swt when the HOLY PROPHET (s.a.w.w) asked us muslims to recite BISMILLAH before we started anything and he meant anything. This is truly shameful.

akhy most of the recitations here are taken from prayers, so u dont hear bismillah ar rahman ar rahim. thats normal. the prophet never recited bismillah ir rahman ir rahim loudly in prayer. also some recorded recitation they leave the bismillah in video.

There is a difference of opinion regarding this matter. According to imam shafi'i the Basamallah must be recited, but imam abu hanifa disagrees. they both have their evidences from the sacred sources so follow whichever you incline towards.

Very nice but I recomend you listen to Surah Zumar by Sheikh Saud as Shuraim that is the best recitation in my opinion.

Reason you can't find his Tilaawah is that he is a Monshed, not a 8aari. You will find alot of his anasheed though..

moreover, can you please make sure that the video does not end while in the middle of an aya? the previous video ends in the middle of an aya and I personally think that this is disrespecting for Quran. I hope you get the point.

JazakAllah Khair for the naseeha. However, the rating is NOT for the Qur'an rather, the recitation. It's the same as having Recitation competition to see who is the better recitor. Anyway i'll look into the rulings on this, inshaAllah.
