  • Hi troyellis001 -- it sounds like you had a bad experience at one of our clubs. I would like to try to resolve this situation with you. Would you be able to send me a message on here with the name of the club this was at, and what your experience was like?

  • What a farce - its a joke given this is not the experience one gets at Goodlife! Unprofessional attitude from staff makes the experience unfulfilling, it boils down to they care about your money only and not about YOU. Horrible place.

  • We know when the classrooms are empty and those are the times we are asking for classes to be added! We are NOT asking them to take out other classes or move classes, but add a few so that everyone will be happy!

  • Also beware when signing a contract, when I tried to use there gym at different hours I noticed there wasnt enought equipment for everyone. I had to walk out because there was no more tread walkers left to use. BEWARE DONT ALLOW THEM TO REMOVE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNTS YOU WILL BE SORRY!!  and there ignorant.

  • Goodlife, how about someone returns my calls and inquisitions as to why I have been banned from one single club for 2 years. I am a former employee and now a paying member. and as far as I can tell this is the result of a personal vendetta of sorts. It is ridiculous and childish and 99% of the people in that club would vouch for me. This is the definition of discrimination and I will not stand for it.

  • I was disappointed with Goodlife a month ago.Turns out that the Barrie Goodlife Fitness club does still care about their customers! I am delighted to say that the General Manager of the Barrie Goodlife gym, went above and beyond standard practice and cared enought to refund my personnal trainning sessions due to a medical concern. This company is not too big to care, thank you to the GM at the Barrie Goodlife who has restored my faith in Goodlife as a loyal customer of over a decade. Thank you.
