you can't learn to wall jump in an instant it takes time and practice, i suggest you download the hunter training map, i learned most of my skills there, meteor jumping is my favorite, because you create more confusion.

It took me like a couple of hours to effectivly do the wall jump

and some more houres to actuly be able to use it in batlle (mostly to escape though)

i learned everything from hunter training too, though walljump is VERY useful when it comes to catching survivors too!! KAI jump is the best that has happened to me, even though its now shown at this vid.. :S

I use it to piss off the survivors.... jumping from wall to wall they waste ammo trying to shoot me.... while I have them distracted my teamates attack from behind. Works great to scare the crap when a boomer pukes all over them!

MAJOR SPOILER

Alex Mercer isn't actually alive in Prototype,so you can't really call it that.

What looks like Alex in Prototype is actually a mutation of the virus.

It took on Alex's form and became just like him.Alex doesn't find out about him not being the real Alex until somewhere in the end of the game.

More proof is that at the end afte rthe nuke detonates,it kills him.Then you see a pile of gore on the ground.

A crow lands to eat it,gets eaten,and the gore turns back into Alex.

No you do not have to hold crouch once you are in the air.

If you hold crouch when after you are done jumping and are about to hit the ground, when you hit the ground, you will have an immediate full charge meter so you can continue a pounce after.

Copy/paste into your autoexec.cfg file TO GO INTO THIRD PERSON MODE:

no, you dont hold the crouch button, start off with a crouch to pounce, after that when you hit the wall just pounce again towards the direction you want.

Actually no, since the 360 controls are more spaced together and It's you don't have to quickly use your mouse instead of 180 Degree turning, and on the 360 you can just hold the analog stick in the direction you want. Trust me, I had Xbox Live before, but I'm getting Left4Dead for the PC now for the Mods and free Versus (Besides internet charge. :p)

yeah its called bunnypouncing but its quite tricky to master, unless your enemy is retarded or you fully mastered it i advice against using it ^^ its mostly usefull in flat areas like open terains or the offices in Dead Air terminal.

you do it my aiming down about 10 degrees from your normal horizontal view, pounce and once you hit the ground press the jump key (precision timing).

It's pretty easy - but i'm guesing it's much harder with the xbox controller. It's simple, pounce at a wall, turn away, then pounce again.

If you wanna do a good, effective hunter trick on the 360 version then stick to wall climbing instead. It is easier and you can get anywhere with it that you cant get wall jumping.

No, not the normal climb spots. There is a way you can make the hunter climb up any surface(walls, telephone poles, etc) You can use it to reach places you couldnt normally go with wall jumping. It is much easier than wall jumping but jumping is usually more fun. Unless you are wall climping up to the top of the hospital on NM 3-Sewers. That is alot of fun getting up there!

You have to have your back against a wall looking straight up. Then pounce, look slightly forward while holding back to keep you against the wall. Then just keep pouncing. If you do it right, you'll keep climbing up the wall. I think they fixed it with the recent update though. They put an invisible barrier at the tops of certain areas stopping it.

You have to own the server/be in 'control' or admin of a server to use anything that could be considered a cheat. There is a command to allow 'cheats' sv_cheats 1 or something, then you can have fun with console commands.
