  • holyyyyyyy s...space

  • the music? please.

  • amazing

  • I highly doubt we are alone in the universe.

  • what if the big bang was a heart beat of another being?

  • In comparison it is said that if our"sun" is the size of our eye, the Milky Way Galaxy would be relative to the size of Russia. The sun is 1,000,000 times the mass of the planet we live in.

We are probably among one of the youngest civilazations to exist because we live in the Spiral arms of the Milky Way.

  • The last part is bullshit.. cause im doing astronomie in holland.. and we still dont know what will happened if we get out of our galaxy.. !!

We dont know if there will be a New Galaxy!!

  • this is what I think daily :D Thank you for exploring my thoughts

  • WOW this video just blew my freaking mind

  • @viklord try watching it when ur high o.O

  • I love this guy's voice. I believe it's John Hurt's.

  • Brilliant. However, the voice over guy said that alpha and beta centuri (excuse the spelling) are our closest stars...how about the Sun!

  • trippy...

  • you're small

  • He mentioned "The Big Bang". Does that mean that everything was just one big rock? That's harder to believe than anything.

  • I've read many popular science essays on this topic and just like I've not read them. Yes, so hard to believe.

  • not a big rock, but a big mass of energy. A rock is solid, while there are planets in our own solar system that are not solid. Solid is just a state of the matter, as liquid, as gas and plasma are. But zooming into the smallest particle of every object/living thing in this Universe there is nothing else but energy. Altough it exceeds my understandings.

  • more like gas of singularity

  • Watching something like this is absolutely incredible. I don't know if you can ever have such a profound feeling of wonder as when you think of yourself in relation to the universe.

  • the big bang, haha

haven't heard that in a long time

  • @zech48 Christianity is stupid. So is Islam.

  • why don't we just use the stargates to travel in space?

  • wow! that was amazing but in a way it was kind of scary but we are just a tiny little thing in this big huge world... loved the video! x

  • ahhhh nice, Russian subtitles :)

  • Actually that's Bulgarian...but still, our language is pretty close to Russian.

  • damn, I am so ashamed - I've been to Bulgaria, Sandanski last summer, should have seen it, my language is similar, too + cirilica

  • Amazing

  • Its a never ending microcosm. as billions of cells run earth, billions of stars run something else. the purpose of this is to create life, why else have stars but to attract planets, why have planets but to create life? As far as us concieving the whole picture, our brains are too small. does the ant know of the cosmos? no, our brains dwarf his as suns dwarf ours.

The main genetic imprint remains the same for every single organism on earth. Survive and Reproduce.

  • whoops i ment to say the Galxcies are =)

  • I 100% stand behind you on that one. I couldn't have placed any ov those words more better than you have.

+ there are missing links to the theroy of mans evoltion NOT only that but if anyone else on here actully took the time to read or look up anything then you would know that the big bang thery was proven wrong because the actule event couldn't be calculted backwards && that at the opsite ends of space the univers are spinning backwards. =)

    thank you come again.

  • i have trouble with your comment... if you don't give two shits about how you and your sentient brain came from an egg and sperm, how can you give any credit to an abstract idea regarding how the universe came about?

  • its funny you say that you believe in the big bang, can you explain how we got all this different life? And magically everything appeared all at once, which makes no sence, seriosly in the bible i bet all those stories are from crazy drug addicts that tripped out while writing the bible. Nothing makes sence and nothing goes together right. And also we do use all of our brain power, only using a certain percentage is just a myth, just so you know.

  • Your and my human life will indeed end with this planet. That is the way of things. Things change but not that quickly. :)

  • Perhaps one day when scientists learn to bend space itself will we be able to see past even this. Hopefully someday they will reverse engineer it off of alien technology.

  • 1

Yeah...we'll never know and I know how you feel about it :) that's for sure...It's just beyond us in every way...but then again we're not fully developed as a race, meaning in a spiritual way...and I think there's a lot to it. Also A lot has happend for the past few decades, a lot of discoveries have been made and technology is getting more and more advanced, which builds self-confidence in a way and that takes some ppl away from faith, how sad...

  • 2 But "Us" being more "advanced" and all, these days have more faith in science than religion...So the Big Bang theory seems logical to us, But Hey the Earth looks perfectly flat from where I'm standing. ;) ...oh and one more thing, we now know that some stars are in fact OLDER than the universe itself...surely you can't be older from your mother, it's impossible!...now how about that? It escapes our logic in every way. o_O ...Life is simply that confusing...

  • That is probibly because their was no big bang, finally (really all along) science is catching up to what the Bible is saying.

  • 1) Shouldn't your religion teach you to respect others and their belief? (If not, sorry I didn't know. I'm not Christian)

    2) Time is a human creation, therefore there was once, literally, no time in the beginning.

  • Sorry about being condescending i'm just saying what I know. No offense but that was 5 months ago. I don't even know why I'm replyng to this.

  • 3) The bible was a compilation of different books. I am not arguing that the books are right nor wrong, just that there are proof that they are "selected" from a large number of manuscripts from the past. Some were "banned" and some had entirely different versions!

Whatever you believe, I don't care. I respect your belief, but please also respect others!

  • I agree, but you know how things are... science vs religion. What we don't know and understand we believe in something...what we can understand and seems logical to us is science. When I think that both can be one...and probably are, but who knows...

...and obscenekiddd you're the one that's being ridiculous...the universe IS life.

  • Science vs religion

Check out "Science and Religion" of Ken Wilber, one of the most actual brilliant minds. It will expand your counciosuness, mind blowing guy...

you wont repent... besides its easier and cheaper to find and buy his books in us

  • U.S

  • This whole argument is ridiculous. Earth is solely leftovers of Jupiter, and that's the end of it. So, there's our creator. Go watch the science channel, morons.

Oh, and by the way - if life could exist anywhere on Earth from the benthos in the very bottom of the ocean, to life in volcanic areas, why would it be any shocking surprise that we find life in another galaxy?

  • Finding life in another galaxy would be as unlikely as our inability to travel there. :)

  • At least in the sense we understand it...but I dunno It's just a theory, so I guess we'll never know.

  • im 100% sure that we are not alone in space after watching this

  • Well... actually time has a begining...or had...but I dunno if it will have an end?...If the universe is expanding then in the past it must of been closer and closer together. Here's where the Big Bang theory comes...Before the Bing bang there was nothing...No matter, no space, NO Time...

  • So you can't believe that everything you see always existed, but you can believe that something you can't see always existed.

I never understood why people would refute the idea of the Universe just being as an unacceptable concept, when some weird God thing just being is an acceptable concept.

  • So did the creator come from nothing?

  • Creation offers all the answers you need eh?

How about this answer: Where did God come from?

And how about this: Why the f*ck would an omnipotent being create us f*ucktards? as a joke?

Try this one: Why did he make ugly people (lol)?

I could go on all day.

  • 100 billion stars in our galaxy, and there are more than 100 billion galaxies.

  • Five stars!

  • I think there is a door bell we ring to get to the other side.

  • When I see this all my ego, carnal pleasures, the false sense of respect everything shatters to be reiterated about the fact how trivial not even trivial for that matter am I. I appreciate your work. I have looking through several docs, its good piece of work.

  • Gods creation

  • Erm well...... debatable.

  • lol, typical closed minded religious nut response to everything :p

  • u got some other theory smartie

  • Go away Shahid

  • I am glad that youtube is here so we can all see that and may be take a step to realize where we really are.Thx to NakSsS as well.Bravo pich :)
