  • Insurance is individual thing, who wants to be insured, is insured

  • THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS ROAD TAX.

  • they only persicute there selfs' insurance is over priced

  • bull shit fear mongers

  • West Midlands and West Yorkshire also have the largest amount of Muslims, just thought i'd mention that!

  • People are not buying insurance out of spite at being hounded with all the adverts!! lol :p

  • Has anyone been to Bordesley lol? If not, have a guess what Bradford and Bordesley have in common? Two words, vibrant and diverse.

  • These areas that have 30% uninsured drivers - I think we all know what they are like.

  • Strangley most of the top spots for no insurance are asian multi cultural areas. A large number would not have a licence never mind insurance. It's ok having police anpr cameras but cameras cannot go and stop cars and prosecute. Police are too busy dealing with regular scum, sorry victims to worry about cars. Very sad how did uk get into this mess?

  • Because the UK is actually in Bankruptcy money is only a promise to pay until we come out of bankruptcy which the banksters are making sure we never will. The whole debt economy is a scam. When you deposit $100 in your account you should get the $900 credit to loan out or spent NOT the corrupt banksters.

  • I'm 20 and insurance will cost me £1000s even with a crappy little car. So annoying.

  • cycle

  • Well, of course, we had it tough. We used to 'ave to get up out of shoebox at twelve o'clock at night and lick road clean wit' tongue. We had two bits of cold gravel, worked twenty-four hours a day at mill to pay for our car insurance.

And you try and tell the young people of today that ..... they won't believe you.

  • Fuck this propaganda...

  • @1961raver And yes, we are blooding paying these bastards!

  • Insurance is a scam. When my Dad was claiming insurance for GENUINE REASONS, the insurance company winge and whine about it and took an awefully long time to give him back the premium. It's a scam.

When they repaired the frontlights and left the backlights unrepaired, their excuse was "they have forgotten about it".

Insurance= Limited Liability= a Sin in the Bible!

  • did they say £5000 for insurance???

  • Understandable, kids are being hurt with the cost of insurance, my insurance has never been above £400 and I started driving a 2 litre sierra sapphire (handled like a tank!).

I can see why more and more people are driving without insurance.

Personally I think people should display, Insurance & Road Tax in their car windshield.

  • @Sres1 Yes, we need more regulation. Shut up man...

  • @Meathead36 so your solution to the spiraling cost of insurance?

  • what a load of bull propaganda this is no your rights people you don't need to have insurance you don't need to register your car and you don't have to pay car tax this is the illusion pulled over your eyes i agree with comment below that is the truth wake up people your all being scammed big time

  • Simple solution; Don't REGISTER your car. When you register it, you are actually handing over ownership of what you're registering. Afterwards, I'm sure you'll recognize this, you're the registered "keeper" of that car. If you don't register, if they tow it, they're stealing from you, and you can take the authorities to court. But of course, if you didn't know the first bit, you won't know how to handle yourself in the courtroom either :(

  • @danrayson I think you need to cut all the chains, such as rescinding the driver's licence (contract).

To be perfectly honest, I never come across anyone that has an unregistered car, no driver's licence and no NI number among other things.

  • @danrayson utter cobblers. let me guess, seen a few posts on tpuc and think statutes don't apply unless you give consent eh?

  • @xhairsfordemocracy nice post - I thought exactly the same .... pocket book legal experts etc.

  • @xhairsfordemocracy nice post - I thought exactly the same .... pocket book legal experts etc.

  • @xhairsfordemocracy Haha, you called me out on that. I've learned a lot more than is on tpuc though, and I'm aware than until you file an unrebutted affidavit you're still a person and not a sovereign soul. Like I said, if you didn't know the first bit, you're a long ways off knowing the full story. Ofc, the majority of the police are unaware of the law of the land, so you'll get arrested anyways.

  • propaganda

  • How convenient, we make society more and more dependant on cars and at the same time making it harder and harder to legally drive a car.

Another lovely combination for the future.

  • i must pass 4 or 5 ANPR cameras a day in manchester, wtf is going on????????

  • What do they expect when you can buy a car for less than the insurance costs. The same people who advocate for market forces are against it when the poor use it.
