wow i hope it wasnt wwf u started watching only back in 96. that was their declining time. they picked it back up in late 97 and ecw and wcw were highly popular at this point. but i still prefer it more with the 95-96 wwf than the crap today.

Man, what a huge pop wrestling used to get back in the day. All the garbage that's on today with Cena, Batista, etc doesn't even compare. Too bad all the young WWE fans today are growing up in a shitty era of wrestling. I'm glad I grew up in the 80s and learned to appreciate real talent with brilliant gimmicks.

Today's wwe really isn't that bad. If you like wrestling, just watch the shows. You'll get into it. It is a little hyper-accelerated but its still guys taking bumps pretty much like it always was. In ways, its better now. Shawn Michaels still wrestles, he was at Summerslam 2 days ago. I really don't see why so-called wrestling fans hate on today's wwe so much.

i go trouogh the pain of watching both Raw And SD....and the only wresters i like (got the potnioal to become great wrestlers) are : Cm Punk, John Morrison, Dolph Ziggler and last and the least Evan Bourne.....and ofc i love HBK<3...but as a hardcore fan of wrestling i watch any wrestling i can : ROH, NWA, WWE, JPNW, Lucha Libre and so on...just becuse i hate on it does not mean that i don't watch it...i just don't like it...all tho SD is better no doubt.

I am wwe fan and HBK fan since his Rockers days..specificly since wrestlemania 6. Whats completely different today,are too many wrestlers,who are actually jokes,are holding the belt,with barely any wrestling ability..people become champs,like it has no meaning anymore,and it does not. Then you see matches on raw,u wanna see at ppv,and thus the ppv turn into jokes.Back then a ppv was so special,because U knew,U have never seen that match before....u are about to see.
