I love that they actually portrayed Middle Eastern people in this animation the way they were meant to be portrayed physically. I'm glad they didn't give a shit what people would think having darker skinned characters being the majority in a film like this, because that is really the closest anyone in film has ever gotten to making Egyptians look the way they truly looked. I have much respect for the creators of this animation.
@pandachan71 Same here! I remember watching this when I was in 3rd grade. This is what got me into Ancient Egypt and been in love with it ever since. <3
Ofra.... daannnggggggg she's got a lovely voice holy cow she's good...o_O.... and the guy that did Jethros singing voice, i thought he was also black o.O.. but hey still great either way :D
i LOVE watching the making and the behind the scenes of all wonderful films :D! what i mean by wonderful, i mean by "REAL" Films! The ones I grew up with! Not with SOME of the newest movies from now a days... Theres still some wonderful movies out there, but you know, i mean the ones like this, had meaning, emotions, good lines and morals, true songs to match the characters and story, just..... outstanding work. :) and i can't wait to become a voice actor myself! i'm excited! :D
9:02 I like what Rabin said here. Songs are meant to blend into the story and theme, not just come out of left field for puns and giggles. That is why I don't care so much for that Tangled movie, because their songs just didn't do anything for it. In Prince of Egypt, the songs become their own character.
"Deliver Us" is so powerful. Goosebumps everytime. And "Through Heaven's Eyes" is so inspirational. The score from this movie is out of this world. This movie truly sparked my love for Egypt
@vforvendetta2112 Finally, someone noticed. I didn't know that until I looked at his filmography. Gary Oldman(Sirius Black) and Ralph Fiennes do have a lot in common.
My God, what a cast!!!! *.*

As a child of the 90's it was extremely surreal to hear Batman with Moses' voice and Voldemort with Rameses'
