China: an exception to the one-child policy

PS. In light of your arguement, what would Hurricane Katrina be a punishment for? The Iraq War? Racial discrimination within the U.S.? I'm interested to know what you think God sees and hears of the U.S. that makes her deserve the devastation of the catastrophe.

Stories of the Chinese abandoning their babies are highly exaggerated and people outside of China often has a misconception about it. Much like, I would like to think, the way people have the misconception of America and Americans to be selfish, arrogant, ignorant and condescending people who issue opinions without understanding the full entirety of the subject they are talking about.
