Eventually Sydney ends up with Vaughn, but then after a mission, Sydney loses 7 years of her life - she just disappears for 7 years, so Vaughn gets with this NSA agent played by Melissa George, she ends up dying, so he gets back with Sydney, then later on Sydney's sisters comes in the picture, it turns out Vaughn is Russian intelligence, he allegedly dies in a later episode and Sydney is pregnant with his baby. But then Vaughn comes back 2 life
