Yesterday, both the official title ("The Amazing Spider-Man") and the first shot of Andrew Garfield in the entire Spider-Man suit were released online by Sony.
"The Amazing Spider-Man" has been a popular choice among fans since the reboot was announced, and I for one think that they couldn't have chosen a better name. However, what might you think about that?

Andrew was in that last heath ledger movie, and he did an alright job. The problem with actors, especially young actors today, is they dont have depth. They cant transform themselves into the character, like young actors from the past did!! bottom line, acting today doesn't compare to the past. I will like to thank untalented actors like "Ashton Kutcher" and ect who young teens go to watch there pathetic films. like "No strings attached" I cant wait to see some unoriginality =) thnx hollywood!

Why on EARTH are they doing a REBOOT?!?!?!?!? THEY JUST DID THE SPIDERMAN MOVIES!!!! Spiderman was what started the whole 'hero origins' genre of movies! It's incredibly stupid (seeing how Spiderman just came out 8.5 years ago and had 2 sequels since). The awfulness of Spiderman 3 (in comparison with the first 2) is due to the company getting greedy, making ridiculous demands, rushing it, ruining it, and then blaming it on the director.Not cool. I for one will NOT be watching the reboot series.

THIS... is a REBOOT.
NOT Spiderman 4.
This reboot is not going to be a continuation of Spiderman 3, but rather a story of an "earlier / younger" version of Peter Parker.
Most of Andrew Garfield's acting roles have been in British shows, and because I've never really seen much of him before on-screen, i can't judge him so easily, right?
But i, however, have seen The Social Network.
and i must say that Garfield's a great actor.
I'm sure this would be a great role for him.

1st off, Toby denied doing another spiderman. So all you toby fans, just know that it wasn't the directors choice.
2nd, Andrew Garfield has amazing acting talent, i wouldn't be surprised if he outdid the original. He is a very talented (and gorgeous) young man x)
