@TheMiniJuliet I actually hate using the pen tool haha. I prefer to just use the lasso tool. I'm not sure what the program was called since it was two years ago but I just googled screen recording program and chose one.
How come when you're using your brush, to color in the skin it was so precise without you having use the lasso tool to select a certain area to color? .. Sorry if that doesn't make sense @w@"
The best thing I can tell you is that I zoom in really close to run just along the lines. Plus I have my hardness set to 100%. That makes the edges a not as fuzzy
I'm not sure really what you mean by the red green and blue. I never change anything having to do with those lol. Though with the brushes I just leave them set to normal
It still doesn't work. I just tried it and it STILL overlaps. Do I turn the brush to a different setting and keep the layer set to multiply.? I use CS3, and all it does is overlap with a darker colour.
its supposed to go over every line. Lol its just a layer of color that is underneath everything. The way I edit you can go outside lines and then erase the excess.
im kinda like a beginner on this soo., how do u save it like omgosh, it ses Photoshop format options, and maximum compatibility... i dont get that, once i go upload i don't even see my pic, whats that?
You have to go up to file and then down to save or save as. I honestly can say that I don't know where you are by what you're saying. I've never seen anything like that. Are you trying to save it as a JPEG or PNG?
I explain it pretty well in the video, you just have to watch it. You create a new layer under the "lines" layer and then color on that. Set the "lines" layer to multiply
ahahaha... you've done a lot of effort!.. you can just use pen and fill... btw.. what application did you use to record what you have done??

HOW DO YOU GET THE BRUSH ON CONTINUOUS!? Everytime I try and edit things it just overlaps with a darker colour on multiply!
poppyseedish 2 years ago
You have to set your LAYER to multiply, Not the brush
mistressdragonchan 2 years ago
It still doesn't work. I just tried it and it STILL overlaps. Do I turn the brush to a different setting and keep the layer set to multiply.? I use CS3, and all it does is overlap with a darker colour.
poppyseedish 2 years ago
You leave the brush set to Normal, only the layer should be set to multiply.
mistressdragonchan 2 years ago
Now it just goes over every line. xD Whatever I'll just hold it down and shit.
