  • Does WIN still own Adelaide and Perth?? Cause i thought WIN werent allowed to show the dots. Cuz when all cities had the dotless logo, and when all of the cities after that went back to dots, that was when win purchased the adelaide and perth stations. I hope nine own the networks so they're more upgraded in ade and perth

  • Yes both Nine Perth and Adelaide are owned by WIN. The choice of no dots was WIN's decision and since it cost alot of time and money to modify promos etc they decided to drop the dotless branding and follow the other Nine stations. Nine Perth currently has updated equipment for news and on-air presentation inline with east coast stations but minus the new set. Nine Adelaide still is local but on-air presentation will move to the new WIN playout facility once it's running.

  • @ADstvideos yea :) the logo modifications looked really dodgy the perth set is fine but adelaide should get a set similar to the nine gold coast news set which is a cheaper version of the east coast capital cities sets

  • wait, since when has Nine Perth had the Nine Dots on the logo

  • Since the 15th March. The dotless logo is gone :)

  • wow, it's about time
