How did you remove the Kanji and replace it with "ATK and "DEF"? And where'd you find the font?

It's an incredibly simple and easy to understand process called MAGIC.

To be serious for a moment, Photoshop to change the image and Adobe Premier to super-impose that image. I'm glad people are actually inquiring about this because few people understand the lengths we're going to to make this perfect.

Yeah I've been using Microsoft Picture it To edit out all of the Japanese TCG cards and replace them with the english TCG cards.I also change the text on the Graphic.And Replace Japanese text on buildings and computers to english.

Don't get ahead of yourself. We're keeping 90% of the Japanese text that appears in the show. The only exceptions are when text on screen is meant to be read by the audience in order to inform them with necessary information to advance the plot.

That was in the raw I used. Don't worry, this was just me fiddling around with my editor to create an editing template for future episodes. We will be using raws ripped straight from the DVDs as provided by a member of our crew.

That timer did drive me up a wall though... I'm the most anal a perfectionists, but removing it would have been a royal pain in the ass. It's just not worth it for simply making a template.

Yeah, I understand; I can't stand TV Logo's (unless I'm parodying them), random numbers on the screen that aren't part of the show and etc. Just like you and Sakasa; I'm a perfectionist. I'm not happy with what I've got till I think it's good enough or perfect.

Unlike 4Kids, when you made an edit, it's to help; not completely change everything.

Yeah, the edit 4kids originally made there was this weird techni-color rainbow block with just the numbers and no indication of what stat it was. Instead it was explained during the mountainous piles of dialogue added to the episode.

Obviously, I turned down 4kids' version. PURGE WITH FIRE AND SALT.

Watch from 0:11-0:13 and then 0:32-0:34. You'll see the kanji change into "ATK".
