I've seen 7 and 8 pounders come out of Panguitch in the winter. It's a great ice fishing lake.

I like Utah's aggressive management practices's of their fisheries. I fished Strawberry and Schofield last year and was very impressed. I love those Bonneville Cutts, they are definitely worth traveling to catch.
