The beginning reminds me of the classic 80s slasher Final Exam. I love the classic 80s - early 2000's slashers, especially the ones set in schools. I love the atmosphere, it helps with the realism.

@mykel77 that's what i thought too. i love this movie. it is more realistic than most slasher movies. it had a good plot, a realistic situation, and a killer who wasnt all immortal or shows up at random places or walks really slow and able to still catch up with u.
