That being said, I know of a family that uses meth. They live in a house out in the country that they don't even pay for. Someone just gave it to them. No taxes, no payments, no bills, they get their electricity from a generator, and they don't have running water. They told me a story of a family that they befriended that were also addicted, heard voices, and were planning on killing their kids.
