I should add that this was next to last event, In a two day competition.. event number 5 that day.. after 410kg yoke 20 meter for time, logpress ramp up (richard got up to 180kg), deadligt 300kg for reps, And circus dumbell 80kg for reps=)

Norways strongest man competition was this weekend. 2-3 guys got up the series of stones 120, 140, 160, 180, 200kg.. that's way more than 380lbs;) Arild Haugen was the judge, his gone over to boxing.. Rikard skog won btw..
