nice, it's good for outdoors i think, even on a portable speaker , and it's easy to carry around so portable, you can play them without the headset just select on the upper button, place it the middle for normal play, right end to shuffle,,, coz my brother in law have one too,,,,

You can buy a headset adaptor. Its got the controls, volume, voiceover, ect. I got mine at bestbuy for like $20. Totally worth it.

exactly my point. u got fooled for paying 20 dollars for something that is cheap to add. that should be free. my shuffle 2G is still working and the only thing ive replaced is the earpiece. overtime, that 20 dollar will wear out along with the headset and youll have to shell out another 40 for both. i dont care about the features. i just want to play music when im working out.

First off the adapter was a 3rd party company. So I doubt apple saw any of that money. Second, I dont like we ppl like you go bat shit crazy over haveing to buy something that isnt gonna last for 5 years. ( No offence) Does it really matter if I have to buy something for $20? I like top of the line stuff like alot of ppl. It doesnt make apple an evil profitering super power. They just put stuff out they think we might like. And I do like my new shuffle. Adapter or not.
