  • The poor bastard - the cop should have had some one help him hold the obviously over tired man up.

  • "You're gonna have to quit doing that, you know?"

  • he was too drunk to walk home so he thought he better drive

  • Hall in the wal. Rofl!

  • Now explain to me why alcohol is legal while marijuana is not...

  • @urrejhipokritet stfu junkie!

  • @urrejhipokritet stfu junkie!

  • HE WAS POSSESSED BY THE DRUNKEN DRUNKAR!!! AND I'M USING CAPS!

  • new title.."ghosts caught pushing people on camera"

  • Dumb american police, yeah and not forgetting the burger man.

  • @interceptors77 Shouldn't you be calling the guy dumb, the police isn't the one wabbling around like a idiot.

  • How did he make it to this room?

  • You know you're drunk when you can't stand or sit.

  • Hmmmm ...I suppose thats what happens when you do interviews on board a ship..LOL

  • This video will not help his DUI defense!!

  • Clearly the guy isn't capable of standing mr policeman

  • That guy is blitzed.

  • LOOOOOOOOOL-

  • lololololololol

  • I think that's my brother!

  • RWJ

  • its good that after the perp probably suffers brain injury, the officer just keeps filling out paperwork. I hope they fired his fucking ass.

  • @rmed30 he'll be fine. the cop was doin his job.

the perp's falls were his own fault.

  • @KEV8551 Uh that's not the point. I mean it's funny as hell don't get me wrong. I assume that guy was a DUI case, if so they should throw his fucking ass in jail. But I disagree that the cop was doing his job. I doubt very much that you even know what a cops job is. Under the 10th amendment states employ police to regulate action to the betterment of general welfare, health, and safety of it's inhabitants. Or simply put to PROTECT and SERVE.

  • @rmed30 again, a teacher...i'll inform you of the officer's job.

in the video, we're obviously past the point where he's been read his rights. he's in the booking process...you can see the cop doing his job. it's not the 10th amendment, you're seeing the 4th, 5th, and 6th in process. before the trial, bail hearing, etc, you have to be processed...and the officer is doing that.

the person falls, and the cop helps. and the video goes out between falls, so we don't see them checking him

  • @KEV8551 No wrong. The 10th amendment grants states authority to police it's citizens. I know the 4th,5th, and the 6th has nothing to do whatsoever with this clip. And cops are neither EMTs, nurses, medics or Doctors. So no they are NOT qualified in ANY way to assess head injury.

  • @KEV8551 And I have good reason to critisize this video. When I was in high school a class mate of mine was drinking in the woods when the cops busted up the party. He ran and hit his head off of a rock. He complained to the police that he was dizzy and his head was hurting. Because there were no obvious lacerations on his scalp, or bc they were total pricks, they didn't take him to a hospital. He died in a holding cell 3 hours later while waiting for his parents to pick him up.

  • @rmed30 School's in.

1.) the 10th gives the states LOTS of rights. anything not mentioned in the Constitution. educate its citizens, etc. way to vague to say this is ALL of it.

2.) he was being processed, and fingerprinted. the cops couldn't have done that without the 4th amendment.

3.) 5th is due process...the booking, prints, etc, are part of that.

4.) 6th is speedy / public trial. without proper booking, etc, that doesn't happen.

    specifically, this shows 4th, 5th, and 6th.

  • @rmed30 you should be more specific when saying things about other cases. it looks like you're saying that this perp died from injuries suffered at the hands of the police.

the video shows the officer helping him up, and following after him on the second fall.

the video cuts away TWICE, and doesn't show what happened after the 2nd fall.

YOU, nor i, know what they did in between. from the guys demeanor, it seems he's not angry, so i will deduct that the officer helped him back up.

  • @rmed30 i'm truly sorry about your friend. for once you are right. i do think he shouldn't have run.

but, if he hit his head on rocks, that's a world of difference from hitting his head on sheetrock after a 2 ft slide out of a chair.

i will point out that in your example cops were not fired. the city settled. in other words, the city's insurance company offered $500K, because it would have been that much to defend. the plaintiff took it, because court was probably a bit of a gamble.

  • @rmed30 but, again. this video shows a drunk slide out of a chair, 2 ft into a sheetrock wall, then stumble into one.

in what is visible, it shows an officer trying to help him.

no crime, and no jury would convict the officer of one.

it's 180 degrees different from the example you gave.

  • @KEV8551 His family settled for half a million (should have been 10 times that), and the two police officers kept thier jobs. Cause of death was a cerebral vascular accident, (or stroke) followed by enzymatic cascade. Both could have been prevented with IV blood thinners and other drugs. Now morons like yourself and nothing98 would say :" oh he shouldn't have run from the cops it's his fault!' But ill ask you what's a worse crime, underage drinking and running from cops or ignoring a dying kid?

  • @rmed30 You are either immensely reaching with that comparison in an attempt to make us feel bad/make you seem authoritative of said subject, or you have lost your sense of logical perspective as a result of what happened to your friend. Either way, the example you gave has absolutely nothing to do with the facts of this video. You are avoiding the obvious and calling us 'morons' and other intellectually derogatory names in what looks to be an attempt to make your fragile ego feel better.

  • @rmed30 i think it's safe to say, that since the fall was about 2 feet into sheetrock, and the video is on YouTube, that the guy is probably ok...even if his liver is not.

  • @KEV8551 So if somebody smashes his/her head off a wall, the policeman's first priority, assuming that the suspect is of no imminent threat to the officer, is to ensure that the perp has not bleeding internally. But whatever right. Who really gives a crap about procedure and the constitution. And contrary to what you might think, ignoring a citizen's welfare is NOT his job. Class dismissed

  • @rmed30 i'm a teacher...i'll re-start the class.

    re-watch the video.

the officer is doing paperwork for the booking...his job.

the person falls out of his chair and the cop helps him...his job.

the person is standing to do finger prints, the cop there to help...his job.

the person falls again, the cop closely behind him to help, AGAIN...his job.

they fade out and back in between the first and second fall. we don't know what happens there.

in all we saw he was doing his job.

  • @rmed30 Brain injury? You kidding me? That was obviously just drywall. You did notice the hole, right?

Don't you have anything better to complain about? *rolls eyes*

  • @nothing980454 Are YOU kidding ME? I'm sorry I didn't know that 1) You were there. 2) You designed and built the building and 3) You are a qulified neurologist and performed diagnostic tests for brain damage. Excuse me all to hell. I didn't know you were an expert in cranial trauma. Pardon me DOCTOR. I don't have time to educate 2 simpletons on the subject of the police officers role in society. Check my last post if you are curious.

  • @rmed30 I wasn't aware that one had to be a doctor to understand that drywall is soft. I thought it was more of a common-sense kinda thing.

Also, in the video after he hits his head the officer is shown moving towards him and then it cuts out. You don't know what happened in that time, do you? Don't ya think he was inspected for injuries then?

You're utterly ridiculous. And the fact that you're using the word 'simpletons' shows us how much of a whiny little bitch you really are. How LAME.

  • @nothing980454 i have a hole in my drywall from a 3 year old opening the door too hard...it's that soft.

i think rmed just got a little worked up...that's all. it's easy to see the cop doing his paperwork, checking on the perp, both times. if the person didn't want to fall...they probably didn't need to be on as much stuff as they were.

  • @KEV8551 Agreed, and you also covered the bases with everything that I was thinking in your comments to him. He was obviously confused. Hopefully rmed will have calmed down and received some clarity since then. Dare I say, maybe even an apologetic mindfulness? We'll see.
