  • That kind of looked like Kobe Bryant in the stands next to Fernando's family

  • Damn, 2009 should have been Verdasco's year! At least at the Aussie Open, I mean... The AO is usually the place for "unexpected finalists" like Baghdatis in 2006, Gonzalez in 2007 and Tsonga himself in 2008, Verdasco should have been in that final, totally! He was playing fuckin amazing tennis... I wish he could reach this form again.

  • cant believe he lost to tomic. seriousbiggest embarrassment ever in tennis history

  • @Mr261194 Well, he´s never been the same after 2010. And, after all, he was ill on the match against Tomic. We´ve gotten so used to machines like Federer and Nadal that we get embarrased when a player behaves like he´s human

  • @cutariechu

man i was looking forward watching play tennis

  • it's a beautifull game

  • Best tournament in tennis history. So many players played outstanding in this one.

  • @xitrik94 it really was. not even counting the semi's and final it still was an amazing fuckin tournament

  • @cj397 - Exactly!

  • great match!!!

tsongas game looks so much better when he is playing with a wilson racquet, babolat makes his game look ugly... don't know why...

  • @KikasisIluvya cause babolat is shit maby:)?

  • @KikasisIluvya lolll gotta love federer dickriders who can hate on nadal on all sorts of ways, urs was very creative i must say. but to answer ur question; a racquet doesn't make ur game ugly or beautiful, tsonga decided himself to change his game: from a power flat game to a more angled topspin game. he subsequently chose to elect a racquet that fits that kind of game the best; which obviously is the babolat racquet with the custom strings from the señor u and all fed fans hate so much lol.

  • @thisnamealsotaken oh my god! what kind a comment is that??

i'm rogers fan, but that has nothing to do with my comment, i also like nadals game at times (when he is aggressive).

nadals game would look strange with a wilson racquet as well i guess

  • This is great, ruthless, tennis. The true meaning of all of nothing!.

  • Wish we could see this Verdasco all the time, he was a beast at this slam until Nadal beat him and even then it took 5 sets and the longest match in Aussie Open history to beat him.

  • He ends the quarter final with an ace and the semi with a double. haha thats ironic

  • verdasco cranked his shit up to 11 in his semi vs nadal, tsonga what happened, more importantly murray what happend cruising then concentration deserted him

  • 12:40 Thats some Dragon Balls-Z shit right there.

  • This, in my opinion, was one of Verdasco's best matches. He looks great here. Solid and strong. Wish he could play like this all the time.

  • classic straight arm (verdy) v bent arm (tsonga) forehand. Great match, never really knew what the weird hand thing verdasco was doing in this match and the one against rafa was about tho...

  • this shows why no one on earth but a selected few can play on this level

  • Great match. Thanks for uploading

  • 09:44-09:54 Federer!

  • 05:09-05:12 Na guara!

  • 03:48-03:54 in your face!

  • 00:35-00:44 Yeah!

  • Jesus... Such wasted talent.

  • @s900203 Which one!?! I think both of them, lol!!

  • lmao at the comments, they are fucking hitting so fucking hard LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • holy fuck the hit so fucking hard one of the best matches in 2009 australien open

    holy shit

    this is real tennis

  • Sooo many missed opportunities for Tsonga here, was so disappointing -.- .... made sure it didnt happen again this time around in NY :)

  • Heavy hitting. These guys are now set to battle it out in the third round of the 2011 US open ! It'll be a proper slugfest to watch.

  • @getonthethrottle Yep...watching it now! Tsonga's leading by a set!

  • Really hoping that these two guys go at it again in New York this week in the third round. Tsonga won today and Verdasco's about to win, so only one more win for each of 'em and we'll get to see another highlight fest.

  • Damn! Now this is the sort of aggressive tennis i enjoy watching! Not that pusher bullshit Muppet Murray comes out with. Respect to Tsonga and Verdasco! Plus they very easy going and have a lot of respect for their opponents.

  • @davd1986 your right man

  • dude where the hell is THIS verdasco huh?

the one that could even take out tsonga. now he's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad

  • @tennisproderek he's not bad at all. just not as much as drive as he had. anyone in the top 20 could beat anyone, it's all mental drive.

  • Yes Verdascos's forehand is great but also from the inside out super tsonga

  • What would i give for Verdasco´s forehand! Even if my backhand stays the same, it dosent matter i´ll just slice everything back but that divine forehand. CHEEZUS!

  • powerhitting all the fucking way

  • @mrSnakeeye20

sounds to me you'd be the kind to enjoy Verdaso-Ferrer 2010 US open match highlights

  • @foul01 mm

  • Verdasco can no longer serve and play like this.

  • @hqthang87 One of the reasons is he's no longer playing with tecnifibre.

  • @Vestu tecnifibre the 3 best racket after dunlop and pacific

  • @mrSnakeeye20 True. I'm playing with the racket Verdasco has in this video. Tencifibre 320 T-fight

  • @Vestu its an awesome racket white good feeling

i am playing also playing white the 320

  • @mrSnakeeye20 I play with the same racket as Juan Martin Del Potro. The Nicode or whatever it´s called. At least i know it´s Wilson XD wich is probably one of my favourite brands. Prince is kinda alright as well
