PayPal API Integration to Premium Web Cart

thank you for video but i can not succes my site settings

it was a ready script page which charege people with service but not product,

you can send deposit,you can withdraw money from site etc..

what type of account should i use...

pls help me because from the admin panel of my site,where it says,paypal url and address....

no matter how many time i enter my paypal address,it doesnt work pls help me

i dont need paypal button,i guess its all about where it says url ?
