Powerslave is no doubt Maidens finest work for me. I think that its the album where they really found them selves in songwriting. Lyrics are great in this album. and I think its their most balanced work besides with AMOLD.

Metallica and Maiden are two bands with two different sounds. Metallica is Trash Metal and Maiden are Heavy Metal so you can't compared these two bands. Anyway you can't say "Metallica isn't metal" because Metallica is one of the most best metal band with Maiden

I agree for the most part, but I believe Black, Load, Reload are a more aquired taste. Garage Inc. actually imrpoves on some songs, I personally enjoy Astronomy and their Mercyful Fate Medley. St. Anger had some good songs too, but like the others is an aquired taste as well. Maiden has good albums too, its just that I have only heard Seventh Son, Somewhere in Time, and some from other albums.

Love this song, Iron Maiden is my favorite band after the Who... they are just so different from other Metal bands because they aren't really there to "rock" as much as they are there for the music... now they do rock really hard but they have really good music too... Steve Harris is a Genius!!!
