  • I LOVE how you said "masache" :)

  • @AlironAaron its like exercising you cant just exercise a muscle and expect it to be buff for the rest of your life you have to exercise it frequently to retain it.

  • is the effect temporarily for the day? or permanent if done more than 5 times a week?

  • Facial massages WITHOUT an oil or thick moisturizer/cream will, in fact, increase wrinkles, cause sagging, and damage your skin. Never do a facial massage on dry skin. When you've used a facial/body/massaging oil, facial serum, or thick moisturizer, however, it's very beneficial and prevents sagging/wrinkles.

  • Your very beautiful ;-)

  • I have been doing this technique for over 2months now. I have gotten so many compliments...thank you for sharing!

  • I love your voice; it's so calming! Also, I like your nails lol.

  • You had me laughing so hard at 1:55 when you said "this eye area in the corner here will start to droop, so, it's very ugly." So funny :) Thanks for the tip on how to massage the face.

  • This is a really interesting video. I like how you use simple products rather than chemical ones. Can you tell me which products you use please because I couldn't really see the name properly on your video? Thank you, and thanks for the video! =D

  • how old are you

  • howvold_are_you

  • Beautiful skin!

  • Sweet almond oil or olive oil is good for the skin. Many brands of massage oils (and lotions) are sold in health-food stores. Sweet almond oil (generic) usually can be found "in bulk" and is relatively inexpensive. It just takes a few drops.

  • This iz Wonderful!!! I think this is Working.. Thanq So Mch 4updating :)

  • Heyy you are verry beautiful. Ive started face yoga by myself today and I love it ;)

  • Very good lesson, simple and didactic, very straightforward, done with simplicity and lightness. No cutting and editing a great image. Congratulations, it was very good. Thanks for the video.

  • very nice skin you got maam :)

  • Oh, and she has great skin!!! Awesome Awesome and Awesome!!

  • To the person who asked how long the lift lasts: It seems at most, a day. She said she does the massage daily and when she massaged the one side of her face, it was noticeably more lifted than the other side. So the less lifted side must have lost the lift since she last did it (the day before).

  • This is amazing!!! How long does the "lift" last?

  • what oil are u using ? Olive oil??

  • you have very good glowing skin

  • Use extra virgin olive oil on your face on body everyday you will see less wrinkles and stretch marks trust me

  • I like your video I have facial massage book keeps your skin glowing and healthy to there's so many ways to strengthen your face muscles you can do lion pose or find your pulses and press on it with your fingers for ten minute and you will see how your skin tightens plus removes all the toxins out of your skin

  • @Nax833 what is the name of your book?

  • i can do this in the shower while I clean my face...?

  • have you personally felt it has helped you get that uplifted look?

  • @Sitara04 she said that she has been doing it for six months in the vid

  • Hi. Plez what did u use for ur face what is the name of the cream plez. Thank u soooo much

  • @shgawiah ... 0:50 :/

  • wow this is amazing! I am only 20, but I love to massage my face to keep it young and glowing, it really works! SO much better than surgery!

  • what if I do cheek first and then the eye?

  • @tinini7 Either way is fine. ;-)

  • @tinini7 pleaseeeee dont do this massage it will makes ur face sagging to muchhhh...pleasee girls dont do this ok.i've already try this..and this is not good

  • @marsuccess8 Some pple say don't do it bc it will make u skin sag more, and some say they have had good results. So who is right? Whose side of story should we listen to?

  • @khanoom1000 Massage is good for bringing blood to the surface and also for drainage. Pulling on the skin however, is not. Just think about it; the skin is held together with collagen. wrinkles appear because the movement in the face moves the skin and the skin won't just bounce back as we age since we produce less collagen. So it is not wise to do this as one ages. The initial result looks great because of the blood circulation. Gentle massage however is wonderful and won't backfire later.

  • i dont think soooo!

  • tengo 20 años, y recien inicio con los masajes, he notado al momento de hacerlo ke mi piel keda un poko rojita esto no esta mal. gracias

  • wow, this is great! I'm 30 and have began to notice a little "droopiness" in my face. The massages really work not only because it drains the water retention but from the circulation to the cells and muscles on the face... But, i just wonder, is it normal to have water retention in the cheeks or is this an underlying problem with my kidneys or something... Kinda worries me, ;s .. Anyhow. Great vid. Thanks!! <3

  • Wow... That was amazing. To see a noticeable difference on your face made me subscribe! I'm in my 40's - gonna use your techniques to maintain firmness! Thank you

  • Excellent video....your skin is glowing after the treatment....I'm definitely going to try this!!! I think the reason this is so effective is because you are massaging the lymphatic areas which makes the cells of the skin healthy!! Thank you so much!!!

  • You are pulling to hard, do you think that can cause droopy eyes???

Just asking since someone told me that it's not correct.

    Thank you.

  • @bohogirl10 I will never pull/massage my skin when the skin is dry. I will only do it after I've applied it with silky/creamy serum or moisturizer. In fact, the massage has helped to lift up my droopy eyes. ;-)

  • Which results one can achieve with that massage?

  • I always make sure to be gentle on my face when applying cleansers/moisturisers, and pat my face dry, rather than wiping, so as to prevent (well, as much as possible) wrinkles? I'm 23, so don't yet have wrinkles, but I try not to be too agressive with my skin. Will this much movement in the face be ok though in terms of wrinkles developing?

  • @catattack4545 No, not at all. In fact, it does help to firm up my skin after doing it for 6 months.

  • Thank you so much for sharing your technique - it made miracles with my face for only few days :-)

    Ladies, this really works!

  • @MissNephrit :-) Thanks!

  • Hi, should you do this daily? How long have you been using this technique? Thanks for the vid :)

  • @ohioSPIRIT Yes I do it daily. I have started this massage a month before I actually produced this video and it has been more than a year now.

  • you are beautiful the way you are and thank you for this video :)

  • @strawberrizhake you are welcome! ;)

  • Hi Losersdntexist,

  • @sujin00shin I'm 42 in fact. Yes these techniques work, good for maintenance. :-)

  • Mine too! I do this every morning and night without fail. My face is also less puffy now. I guess it can help to reduce the water retention. :-)
