  • Yea, Bi, tri and shoulders are my favorite area's to work. I've put on quite a bit of muscle so far this winter. Dec will be my last bulking month. I cant wait to lean out and see what I'm working with. I'll be able to judge than on whether or not to cover the tatt on my arm and on my back (probably cover that one for sure) when I get ready to compete 2010.

  • I ended up going off the leaning diet because I was down for almost 3 weeks. With injury and being sick. So I'm starting all over now. But my protein was raised to 195g everyday and my carbs would range from 50g to 150g depending on the day. With 2gal of water but I was lucky to get through a gallon aday lol.... felt like I was drowning ahahah...

  • Oh 35g of fat but the gram levels I gave you are changed up every so many days depending on how my body is adjusting to it. Sometimes my protein is around

    150g. Everything is very regulated and go's by my workout and body weight.

  • Dang Ms. Hotness, I can see the progress. By the way, how many egg whites do you eat a day? Or how many has your nutritionist/trainer recommend you eat?

  • If I actually eat egg whites in the morning I usually have 5 egg whites with 1 yolk. But normally I just add 4oz of that Egg White Internationals in my protein drink. Your body consumes a higher percentage of protein in your body a lot easier with that stuff.

  • wow in great shape shav, what diet did you use btw because i might try it myself but knowing me those chocolate biscuits will be calling my name lol and then lose my will power.

  • You must be from the UK (chocolate biscuits) lol... I spent 2 weeks in the UK and those DAMN chocolate biscuits put 10lbs on me by the time I got on the plane to head back to the states. My clothes were soooooo freakin' tight LOL..

    The diet hes got me doing now is raising my protien up some. So about 195g of protein per day. My carbs have been cut drastically (GRR..) and I cant have any Carbs from lunch time on.

  • My carb intake some "RARE" days are 100grams, but most of the time its around 50grams a day. Which equals a half a cup of oatmeal in the mornings (tears running down my cheeks) lol..

    My body fat % still sucks right now. Its a whoppin' 22%. Trying my best to get out of the 20s. Hard work girl, hard work.

  • The posing is kinda hard. I still haven't go the back flex down yet. Theres all these diff. levels of pose flexing and angles. It gets confusing, but I've got a book on the main ones. The poses for NPC and the Pro Comps have a rule book on poses / intensity they except lol. I'm gonna try and take some video of the local competitions in my area.

  • Girl I started out at like 25.6% bodyfat and was wearing a size 2 I think. Its just all about changing the diet and lifestyle. You can munipulate your body to do amazing things with food at certain times of the day ahahah....

    Yea, surgery I had to get that after I had my first child. They looked like flap jacks ahahaha..I use to wear those cutlets in my bras ahahaha... (EMBARRASSING)

  • Isn't it crazy how u can b so small but have such a high bf %? Its crazy. I know muscle weighs more than fat so I definitely do not mind adding a few pounds of lean muscle on. YES protein n other healthy stuff does wonders 4 ur body when ur trying to tone it up. I have a protein shake after every weight training session. Gonna look into other stuff to help as well.

    OMG I hate my boobs right now. YES, they look like straight flap jack....especially when I lean forward. Not a pretty sight!
