The U.S battlefield report of the firefight in which he was captured stated that the insurgent who killed sgt speer died in the battle - it was doctored after the fact to implicate him. More importantly, as you would know if any of you ignorant tits bothered to know anything, child soldier's are not capable of committing war crimes - in fact, charging them criminally for their actions during combat is itself a war crime

at the age of sixteen to fight in WW2, lying of course, as the age limit then was 18. He was at the Dieppe landing, and one of the few to come back alive. He was of sound mind and body, and knew exactly the perils that were ahead. He knew that he would get no special treatment if captured.
