"Crispian was inspired to write this song after hearing the Deep Purple classic "Hush". Uh . . . "Hush" is a song written by Joe South for Billy Joe Royal. It was a minor hit in 1967, peaking at number 52 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song is better known for the version by Deep Purple. Crispian did not write the song, but this is the best version of the song, no doubt.
