You got two guys doing circles through yards at high speed who pulled over probably because their engine went out. The only brutality I saw there is that he pecked the passenger upside the head with the shotgun instead of the driver. But it appeared to be because the passenger was not complying.
This night shot only shows the last part of what was likely a hard chase, at the end of which three cops are in the middle of nowhere. That tends to make them hype.

Committing a crime then running from the police requires the police to be less than polite. The last video was the only case handled unprofessionally. That was definitely a case of unnecessary force. The first officer handled himself very well, and did exactly what he needed to do, considering he was on his own against two suspects. So just to give you all updates on 3rd video. Driver of dump truck received 3 to 5 years in Mental Prison. Trooper who kicked him in the face receives 3 years probation.
Out of three tapes there, only the last shows objectionable behavior. The moron trooper who insists on kicking the offender needs to be fired for sure, and the others who let him do it need some severe disciplining too.
But the first two tapes just showed cops restraining suspects.
The first tape apears to be a lone officer with two suspects, he seemed to handle it quite well with no excess force.
In domestic violence cases, once someone hits someone else, that line of respect is broken, and abuse is almost guaranteed to continue. Cops that have 2 or more offenses are not going to stop, They should be fired and not allowed to ever hold a badge again in their life.

The 1st vid contained no use of excessive force. He was yelling, but police pursuits don't end in serene chit-chat. Police officers aren't Zen masters. They are everyday joes protecting themselves and the community.
The 2nd vid contained no context of what just happened and it's almost impossible to tell what's going on. It looks like some punching or hitting was happening, but I can't tell what parties are giving or receiving blows.

Okay let's disect this thing here:
You got two guys doing circles through yards at high speed who pulled over probably because their engine went out. The only brutality I saw there is that he pecked the passenger upside the head with the shotgun instead of the driver. But it appeared to be because the passenger was not complying.
This night shot only shows the last part of what was likely a hard chase, at the end of which three cops are in the middle of nowhere. That tends to make them hype.

The last video was the only case handled unprofessionally. That was definitely a case of unnecessary force. The first officer handled himself very well, and did exactly what he needed to do, considering he was on his own against two suspects. I don't think either of the first two videos were out of line.. just that last one.

Out of three tapes there, only the last shows objectionable behavior. The moron trooper who insists on kicking the offender needs to be fired for sure, and the others who let him do it need some severe disciplining too.
But the first two tapes just showed cops restraining suspects.
The first tape apears to be a lone officer with two suspects, he seemed to handle it quite well with no excess force.

Honestly, from what the 3rd tape shows of the chase, this is a little uncalled for, but we don't really know what the guy did before hand, so I don't know how anyone can comment on the cop being 'out of line'.

The 2nd vid contained no context of what just happened and it's almost impossible to tell what's going on. It looks like some punching or hitting was happening, but I can't tell what parties are giving or receiving blows.
The 3rd video was blatant uncalled for excessive force.

and there is no excuse for that, but there were some underlining circumstances that were not shown in the video. Nor were they stated in the text on the right. Bottom line is hold officers accountable, but if you want your stuff to be there when you get back, dont want to be raped, and dont want to die because some AH is running down the road drunk, then feel sorry for the suspects. If not shut up and let the officers do the job.

These "suspects" endangered not only their own lives, but the lives of the officers involved, and the public when they chose to disregard the laws that the public demands that these officers enforce. It is hard to tell in many of these videos if the suspect was compliant or if he was still resisting. When you are handcuffing someone you can feel as someone tenses up to turn and fight with you. The officer in number three is in the wrong,

Then maybe both of you should think of moving. The only display of excessive force is in the third video, and if you think that this only happens in SC. Then move and go run from the cops in any other state, and just see what happens.

Yeah, the first two videos didn't show anything. If anything, the first video should serve as a lesson for proper weapon control while cuffing suspects. The last video however, that one cop went overboard... definitely excessive force kicking someone in the head like that.

First two are perfectly fine. The first was cool and collective. The second, the perp was resisting arrest and was forced to put his hands behind his back. The last I'll give yea was a tad out of line. But like someone said, more restraint then I would ever have on these jack ass's that put my life in danger from running from the law.

The first cop was alright, the other 2 videos the cops acted out of line. You have to watch yourself in SC because the "good ol boy's" will do anything in their power to provoke you or they will over step their boundaries. Couple months ago a cop repeatedly punched a football player while he was in handcuffs. For you racist retards the boy happened to be white so save your racist comments. The cops will beat and harass anyone they choose to.
