The scene at the beginning here (at 1:35), in the book the aunt keeps most of the money Ascher has given her for the cab , she makes the kids get out and they take the train to her apartment making the kids carry all their luggage on the way so she can keep the money for herself. I've not seen this movie before. It's a good adaptation of the book. Thx for uploading
