But I don't think it's as mean as putting a dog on a chain or runner...after a few very painful shocks, the dog will know how far he can go and he will have plenty of space to run and be free. But I don't think I could ever do that to a CHILD- no matter WHAT. I would test it myself first. That's what makes HIM wimpy. He may just be a Misogamist.
