Sans doute l'intégrale de Sonnambula la plus SOPORIFIQUE de la discographie ... Vous me direz, pour une Sonnambula c'est déjà pas mal ! L'italien de Nat est un gag ambulant ! Quand va t elle apprendre à placer un accent tonique correct ou à défaut se dégoter un coach digne de ce nom ? lol Bref, A DORMIR DEBOUT AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

In my opinion Mrs. Dessay isn't a great singer since 2000. I think her voice is too thin, she wobbles too much and her high tones are too spiky and without depth and it reminds me of the last school choir singing of my daughter.
I believe, today she sings only in the second class like Callas in the past and Nathalie, it's time to say goodbye opera stage!
The fans can hear you 1000 years on YouTube but for the new opera audience you're too bad!

it's probably a good thing she wasn't
facing the orchestra they would be at odds
as who they should follow.
Do we really need another recording of
Sonnambula after Callas and Sutherland?

@andysarts It shouldn't be reserved to just two people, some listeners want variety I'm honestly done listening to old sounds of Callas... Dessay is fresh and new for this Bellini classic :)

she was the 'one' and she didn't end tragically
as some might think. Dessay is 'another' and
time will tell of her abilities, at the moment
though, her abilities are not fully committed,
she's holding back, you cannot do that when
you perform Bellini. Why is Dessay swaying
from Bellini to Handel?
