So hopefully the CEO of this organisation is taking note to put measures in place to preserve privacy and dignity for residents who share rooms, to look at appropriate staffing levels for the delivery of paliative care, and reducing the negative impact of death on users of care facilities.
It's good to hear Imy Higbie's story, but it'd me more interesting to know what lessons that facility has learned from what appears to be a signal lack of attention to their primary task.
