  • I think if they still made toys like this I would be playing with them all the time insted if on my vidio game but all they make now are just Dumb freaking cap guns that u find at the dollar store

  • In 1965 kids was playing with toy guns... and world was better. Now they play with consoles and coputers, and the streets are filled of drugs and similar things. And if you will show this toy to a today kids, he will ask you "where is the USB?"

    It's very sad.

    Sorry for my bad english.

  • Cool gun

  • I'm born in 1991, My parents bought me toy guns, I watched violent movie and hell, I even got into a fight as a kid now and then. I haven't killed anyone - yet.

  • anti zombie briefcase

  • The toys of yesteryear.

Hell, you don't need to look much farther than the 80's or early 90's to find toys that today would never see the light of day!

I sometimes consider myself to be lucky to be born in 1984, I was a kid just in time before everything was pussified. Even the cartoons suck these days and the Saturday Morning slot is but a shadow of it's former self. :(

  • I got one of these for Xmas that year. The camera was crap. I remember I used to hide in the bushes and shoot my sister with the pistol, then I'd have to run like hell because she was bigger than I was and she'd kick my a** if she caught me. I still have a few of my toys from those days like a bunch of '60s/'early '70s Matchbox and Hot Wheels cars and my Sizzlers track, but unfortunately not the Secret Sam set.

  • if your intrested im willing to buy it please try to make it cheap because im just 11 and each thing i try to buy is to expensive.please (:

  • are these like bebes or plastic darts and do they hurt? and is this still available to get anywhere today?

  • Do you (or anyone) recall a toy secret agent attache circa 1965 --- like the one in this cool vid that had an ear piece for a walkie talkie? It had a pop up antennae.....

    Anyone? Anyone?

  • wOW !

  • were u get it

  • Toys back then really were cool now days ther pecevof shit back then made out of beter materall

  • can u sell it to me i will pay u $900.00

  • When toys didn't suck.

How have you managed to hang on to all six bullets though all these years?

  • That is a cool Secret Agent Toy accessory set !!! I wish that they still made toys like this one, now-a-days all toy guns have orange or some other bright color on the end of the barrel to signify that it is a toy or replica.

  • That is a cool Secret Agent Toy accessory set !!!

  • Duuuuude!

I was JUST thinking about this toy! Thanks for posting this video! I always wanted one of these as a kid, and my parents gave me one of those cheap, Mattel "Agent Zero" Camera Gun Toys. :-( Some of the "rich" kids had one of these in my grammar school.

Thanks for the fond memories and reminding me of my childhood...

  • fuck nerf guns i want one these

  • y cant we get these now adays?

  • @4Joga4

You asked: "Y cant we get these now adays?"

My answer: "Because we now live in a society that frowns on kids playing with toy guns and they'd rather have kids playing with purple gay "Teletubbies" and fat purple dinosaurs named Barney.

  • @dezurtdude u go that right

  • @dezurtdude was hat intentionally homophobic? but i do agree that tinky wnky is gay in a bad way

  • @dezurtdude sad but so very true

  • @dezurtdude I believe they have been replaced with shooting simulators which are worse than playing with toy guns. Flaws with toy guns choking hazards combined with today's ADD generation is not a good combination-

  • whered u get that?

  • Did they really had a good camera in 1960 somthing ?????????????

  • @keysfind Yes, in "1960 something" (1965) the camera actually took black and white pictures. There is a commercial here on youtube of the Secret Sam and it shows pictures taken with the camera.

  • That is a cool toy...

  • From the sound of the long range round hitting that chair cushion on the other side of the table, it sounded like a good solid hit. They'd never get away with anything like that today. No wonder we've got a generation of whimps. So, you got hit with a toy bullet? Wahh, wahh. Walk it off you crybaby. That's what we were told, that's what we did. Only a very few became sadistic terrors. Damn, it was cool growing up in the sixties.....

  • all of the guns we got nowwadays are crap and i know very says that but the only good guns are nerf gun

  • how much u want i can give u $500

  • @marsdensuthers

I think you're full of it but if your serious, contact me through youtubes email. I'm sure I won't be hearing from you.

  • @dezurtdude how much would u sell this for??

  • I recall being given something like this when I was a kid. It was given to me by someone who had used it a lot and had some stuff missing. I don't recall it looking exactly like this one though so it might have been a copy of some kind. One could use the camera and fire the pistol with the case closed though. I also seem to recall the pistol looking more like a Walther PPK. Time does dim memory somewhat so I'm not sure.

  • @leglessinoz

Well, you are remembering what was an attache similar to mine but it was the James Bond 007 Attache Case. Yes, you are correct, the pistol did look like a Walther PPK. I saw one on ebay sell for about $600.00 a month or so ago. There was also one just on ebay that had an opening bid for $300.00 and it didn't sell If want to see it, go to ebay and put this item no. 300479481887 in the search box and the listing will come up. It didn't sell, economy issues, I guess.

  • @dezurtdude

I found that auction. Looks like it was modeled after a Luger P08... seems an odd choice for a 007 kit, the Walther PPK is the obvious choice. Anyone know if Bond ever used a Luger?

  • Eeeeeeeee! I had one of these when I was 6 or 7 years old. I'm soooo jealous!! I'll have to console myself by watching a few episodes of Get Smart.

  • @00bikeboy Remember the Get Smart episode that took place in a toy store. 86 and 99 whipped the bad guys with TOYS! Remember "Oh, no! They are using 'Destructo'! It blew them up! We had every fiendish device for kids, all they had were real guns. They didn't stand a chance.... Real cool TV back then too.

  • @budgienation That's amazing, I just watched that one! Great show!!

  • @00bikeboy Get Smart was one of the coolest funniest shows ever. And, why not? Dig the writers: Mel Brooks and Buck Henry. A few years after the show ends, he goes for big screen glory and what do we get? Only "The Producers", one of the funniest movies of all time. They don't write 'em like that anymore.....

  • they just dont make cool stuff for boys anymore its all just wussy pc crap now

bring back the good old days

never turned me into a criminal nutter

  • My early heroes were spies like The Man from U.N.C.L.E. I wanted one of these so bad I told the whiskey breath mall Santa I'd work in his elf sweat shop for a whole year if he brought me one. When he told me no dice, because I needed to be in school. I knew right then he was a commie. I'd probably be a dope dealing top level CIA agent now if I'd have gotten one.If I could go back in time, I'd tell him hew should sober up, go fuck himself while pissing on that old drunk hippie's leg!

  • @pathfinderdaddy

Now that was really funny! It really made me laugh out loud.

  • you duch i dont want to atach the periscope cuz it will scuff the chrome IT A FRICKEN TOY JESUS CHRIST WUT ARE OYS MADE FOR...

    HMMMM PLAYIING WITH

  • @georgejelfs67 shut up man, seriously, just stfu. i was born in the 80's and i would be scared shitless to even touch some of these toys. and btw, i just see and apreciate the few ones i still have, i just watch them, i'ma kinda grown up to go out shooting my friends with plastic bullets in the park.

  • @georgejelfs67

You really proved yourself to be an Idiot! This is a collectors item and if you can't understand the value of these old toys, then it isn't even worth explaining to you, because you'd be too stupid to understand. In collecting, condition is everything. That toy is probably worth more than you make in two to three days of work, but wait, after viewing your channel, I'd have to say it was a month's worth of pay.

  • DO WANT

  • I've spotted two cases on ebay. I had just gotten the pipe, I'm looking for a reasonable cane, and finger gun and the rest of the set of course. I actually thought I had the Secret same case but I disticntly remember a crest which you turned or moved to load the gun inside the case. So I think I actually had a James Bond B.A.R.K that's the only one I've seen with a crest on the case.

I'm getting a huge kick out of the pipe.

  • Thanks for posting this it brought back good memories, these were my favorite toys. I had the case, the pipe, the finger gun and the cane. I'd love to get my hands on the case again.

  • @mastersegarra

You can find Secret Sam quite often on ebay.

  • how much will u take for it :)

  • @9999mephiles

I will take "One Million Dollars"!

  • is it for sale send me a message

  • @keco28

For the right price, it could be for sale.

  • Cool 'Tash.

  • that is too freaking cool.

  • Whats the red and black thing that looks like a pen under the gun? Plus DAMN that seemed like it shot hella fast!! Why fight spies? Spies are awesome!!

  • @TMBfan nvm found out in the vid my fault for no patience

  • @TMBfan

That is a "message missile". I guess you were supposed to shoot a message to your spy allies, or shoot the missile at an enemy spy to let him know you are going to shoot his butt.

  • if they had toys like that still, we would play more than go play video games

  • @jarvisiscool

Yup, vid games are the reason all kids are now fat.

  • they just dont make toys like they use to now a days

  • if i had all these toys i wouldnt be able to keep myself from playing with them.

  • I wouldn't worry about the money they're worth, I'd play with em all day long.

  • toy guns need to be like this now a days.

  • @dragonsbreath23 i agree

  • @dragonsbreath23

The "pussification of America prevents cool toys like these from being offered now days. Too polictically incorrect.

  • I want it!

  • Most excellent. I dreamt of receiving one every year for Christmas. I must have been a bad boy. Thanks for providing this v ideo. Very cool memory.

  • Wher did you find this at? I remember it cost about $10.00 back in the 60's that would be about $100.00 now

  • @TL250Rider

I had to piece this one together from junk sets I bought off of ebay.

  • i wish that rules were like 1960s where it wasnt about health and safety and you could have fun with this lol.

  • wow. old toys were really amazing. not only are they better looking than the crud you find today, they actually look like what ever they are supposed to be. look at nerf guns today. even star trek wouldn't have something so strange looking. the secret sam looks like a freaken pistol (or rifle). kind of similar to video game light guns. the Nintendo zapper looks like a weird laser gun and the Odyssey has a realistic hunting rifle. how times change...

  • ya like Nerf guns are like yellow and orange but this gun and others like the Tommy burp look like actual guns now they have to have orange tips to show there fake and also they had better ideas back then.

  • @martianman66 That orange tip thing is so lame. Tell me that out there right now there's a wiseguy kid with a black sharpie marker, covering up that stupid orange tip.....

  • This is a nice toy set. It probably was very expensive back in the days.

  • lol, was born in 1960, we had the best toys in the history of mankind, to be a kid in that time period was great and we r a lucky generation, still have my secret sam toys, agent zero, some really nice cork riffels that we got in 64, they will still shoot a cork 16 ft with enough acc. 2 take out a plastic army man, have a gi joe howetsr, that fires a wood shell thru a cereal box, butt it will shoot a marbel like a bb gun, it was a great time 2 grow up!

  • do you have the agent zero radio gun? it looked like a radio but unfolded into a gun. they were really cool. i had one but when i was about 16 or 17 my mom sold my toys in yard sale one day. when i came home that day i found out she sold them.....lol. i was talking to her about that the other day and she said i should have said something but i didnt even know she was having a sale....lol. i wasnt playing with them at that age so she got rid of them. its ok though. shes a sweet lady.

  • lol, yes i have all the agent zero toys, there is still a good market for them on e-bay, u can find one in original packaging, these toys were expensive when they were new, and the prices for them today reflect that fact! go buy some if u can they r great fun and the radio has always been my fav. u push a button and instant machine gun, transformers befor there were transformers, youtube has the old commercials for agent zero m, they star kurt russel as a young boy! great memories!

  • @KSFALLGUY

Ah yes, the 60's was the golden age of toys and massive commercial campaigns on TV aimed at children who would bug the hel out of their parents in order to get some cool toys.

  • god, I would kill for one of those, :P it rules to be born in the 50's and 60's

  • reminds me of the breifcase in From Russia With love

  • So cool.

  • were do u get these

  • in a time machine

  • Either Ebay or antique toy shows would be your best bet.

  • I cant believe.. mobile513 call this little toy some of us owned if we were lucky enough...violent.... Thinking like that is what took them off the market . Wow..its funny everybody I knew groing up with these toys and more great things like this ..nobody I ever knew got hurt playing with these violent toys throughout my whole childhood.Ofcourse we had little things like common sense and parents .

  • Hey Bill, let me take a picture of tha.... oh Jesus!! I shot Bill in the face!!

Great toys, thanks for uploading. I find these old things fascinating. They were so imaginative, and sharp looking, and violent too. Very interesting.

  • God man. I wish i lived during the 60's. Toys back then looked awesome!

  • They were great back then, but many of them were very expensive and many parents slaved to buy them for their kids. Many parents simply couldn't afford these toys.

  • i agree!

  • Hey Had one as a kid...ask my brothers how much they liked the short range and long range bullets..haha..many basement battles with toys like that.

  • This toy was quite the rage, along with other spy toys that came out during the "Spy Craze" in the 60's. TV and movie theaters were full of spy vs spy movies.

  • Wow.... I got my "Secret Sam" when I was 5 years old. No wonder our cat hated me. Great memory.

    Thanks!

  • Going down memory lane is what it is all about. Thanks for viewing.

  • Good one! I guess you could compare these to air soft guns, but these toy guns were spring loaded.

  • prehistoric softair guns, pretty cool :D
