They aren't stupid. The reason they chased after the duck was an attempt to make the daughter feel better. She was scared and obviously upset from the duck following them. Yeah, maybe their terminology is incorrect about it being aggressive, but it doesn't make them "idiots". The duck was not harmed, so cool it with the language.

peopel should be pushing away ducks so they dont come to peopel who really wants to hurt them, if we dont scare them away so they can eat there own food they will die of eating chips or getting killed by small stupid kids!
