I did everything you instructed on the video, and was only able to get occassional small bursts followed by a fail to fire (trigger won't reset after the short burst). Did you add lubrication or anything else to this? I use several different types of ammo including CCI MiniMag. Thanks
I did everything that you stated but can only get sporadic results. Do you have to practice doing this or should it work right off the bat? I can not get through a full mag just single shots and then 6 shot strings. Thanks
The quality of the film is too low to read the information you put at the end about the springs. Can you reply with the specific JP Enterprise spring information please? Thank you.
@myutubepostedvideo The two 25 round bursts you see in the video were done one after the other with no misfires. There have been occasional misfires but with cheap ammo that happens even without the slide fire stock. There hasn't been any feeding problems.
@myutubepostedvideo I don't know what the trigger pull was before or is now. I was able to get one full magazine dump of CCI Stinger using the stock springs. With cheap bulk ammo, I was only able to get occasional 2 or 3 round bursts. So I replaced the springs with the $10 JP Enterprises JPS3.5T Spring Kit (yellow trigger spring, red hammer spring).
Email Slidefiresolutions the will exchange your V1 for a V2 SSAR15 for free. The v2 is modded for a winter trigger guard. They redid the grip too. I exchanged mine with no problems.
@guesswho722 By winter trigger guard do you mean the oval one? My 15-22 has the oval one and it sounds like it will have to be sanded/filed down to accommodate this sliding stock.
